Researchers at Kings College London, UK have found that how strong a person’s legs are may be tied to their overall brain health. The study compared sets of identical twins, and found that better muscle strength in the legs was indicative of healthier aging outcomes. The researchers point out that legs are one of the easiest body parts to exercise, since they are habitually used in common daily activities.
